LAST YEAR'S PARTNERS
For the first time ever, we'll be making a run down the street for some Bellwoods Brewery brews. A limited number of bottles will be available, based on what Bellwoods is brewing in August!
Wellington has been a proud sponsor of ShakesBeer since our first event in 2013. We are pumped to be bringing back crowd favourites Wellington SPA and Trailhead Lager.
Wellington's Special Pale Ale is its most popular beer. This refreshing smooth ale has a balance of malt and hops in the tradition of British pale ales, With S.P.A, you can expect an aroma of caramel and toasted grain followed by a delicate hop aftertaste.
Trailhead is a Vienna-style lager, characterized by a careful balance of malt sweetness and clean, crisp hop bitterness.
Steam Whistle Pilsner is characterized by a floral hop aroma, sweet graininess with distinctive grassy notes, and balanced by a clean, crisp finish and pleasant lingering bitterness. When pouring this refreshing lager, expect soft, rising foam and a smooth drinking experience.
The Publican House
Square Nail Pale Ale
This West Coast style pale ale starts off with pine and citrus on the nose, with notes of toffee and citrus on the palate. With an IBU of 43, Square Nail has a bold finish with lots of hop character. The Publican House brews this beer all year.
An all-barley stout is mildly carbonated, with a bouquet of fruitcake on the nose. A mocha coloured head tops this decadent brew, with espresso and dark chocolate notes and a dry finish. A cold weather warmer, The Publican House crafts this beer in late winter.
Batch 1904 is a UK style dry, tart cider, with a refreshing full apple finish. They only use one ingredient: 100% Ontario handpicked heritage apples; the best Niagara and Georgian Bay have to offer. Batch 1904 is named to remember the great Toronto fire of the same year, and to celebrate a city standing tall for over 100 years since: the embodiment of "true north, strong and free".
